We’re looking for enthusiastic parents to join our governing body here at Filton Avenue Nursery School, and we’d love to hear from you!
Being a parent governor is a wonderful opportunity to have a real voice in what goes on at the nursery. You’ll bring a unique and valuable perspective, helping us understand what matters most to our families and our community. No qualifications are needed, just enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference.
There are lots of ways to get involved as a parent governor, whether that’s focusing on staff wellbeing, supporting children with special educational needs, or simply being part of the team that helps this nursery thrive.
It’s also a fantastic way to give back, learn new skills, and stay connected to the nursery community. And don’t worry about the time commitment, it’s just six meetings throughout the year.
