Dear families,
We would like to remind everyone of the importance of keeping our car park safe, accessible, and fair for all users.
As part of this, we have a designated Disabled Parking Bay, which is provided to ensure accessible parking for families or drivers who hold a valid Blue Badge.
Disabled Bay Use
- The Disabled Parking Bay may only be used if the person holding the Blue Badge is in
- the vehicle and is the one dropping off or collecting their child from Nursery.
- The bay must not be used if you are dropping off another adult who is taking a child
into Nursery. - The bay must not be used for waiting, idling or stopping temporarily.
- The bay is also used by families whose child holds a Blue Badge, so please ensure it
remains available for those who need it.
To comply with the Blue Badge Scheme Rights and Responsibilities in England, a valid Blue Badge must be clearly displayed on the dashboard, with the front facing up and the hologram visible.
Car Park Use
Please remember that our car park is strictly not for family drop-off or pick-up.
It is for authorised staff and visitors only and for access to the nursing home for emergency
vehicles, staff, visitors, etc.
Families must not use the car park to wait in vehicles, turn around, or stop while children are
being dropped off or collected.
This policy helps us keep everyone safe, ensures access for those with mobility needs, and
prevents congestion at busy times.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our Nursery environment safe,
accessible and inclusive for all.
Kind regards,
Kate Tector
