Little Acorns has been busy making chapati and enjoying tasting it as we learn about and prepare for the month of Ramadan. The children have been exploring different cultural traditions, developing their understanding of diverse celebrations and customs whilst learning about the foods that are important during this special time.

Through making chapati, the children have been developing their cooking skills, measuring and mixing ingredients, watching the dough transform, and experiencing the satisfaction of creating food they can share and taste together. This hands-on cultural learning helps children appreciate and respect different traditions within our community.
