We are having some emergency maintenance carried out in the nursery this afternoon and potentially tomorrow. This work will cause some disruption; however, we have a contingency plan in place to keep this to a minimum.
During the work, access along the main corridor will be limited.
Collections Before 3:30pm TODAY (27th January 2026)
Acorns: Please wait in reception and a member of our team will bring your child to you.
Beech & Willow: Access to these classrooms will be via Willow Room only. If your child is in Beech Room, please go through Willow Room, outside, and around to Beech Room using the outside door.
Little Acorns: Some children are playing with friends in Acorns, so please wait in reception for your child to be brought to you.
Please allow extra time if collecting early and leave buggies outside. Thank you for your cooperation.
There will be no change to the usual collection time at 3:30pm.
TOMORROW (28th January 2026)
It is likely that the work will continue tomorrow. To avoid disruption, please arrive on time for drop-off. The gates will remain open until 9:15am, and group time in Preschool (Willow and Beech Rooms) will start slightly later.
If you are unavoidably late (after 9:15am), our contingency plan is as follows:
Acorns & Beech: Please drop your child at reception; a member of the team will take them to their classroom.
Willow: Please take your child through to the classroom as usual.
Little Acorns: No change.
To minimise disruption for the children, we strongly encourage arrival between 8:45–9:15am, as activities will be planned around this time.
