Lockleaze Neighbourhood Trust is delighted to be partnering with Steve England Outdoor Learning and Bristol City Council on an exciting programme of free events at Stoke Park. These events offer wonderful opportunities for families to explore nature, learn about local heritage, and help shape the future of our local park.
Throughout October, November and December, there will be a range of activities to suit everyone. You can join fascinating history tours to discover the heritage of Stoke Park and Purdown, including special “Less Walk More Talk” and “Dog Friendly” events. The programme also includes wildlife events such as “Walk on the Wildside”, “Family Bushcraft & Woodland Skills”, and “Terrific Trees of Stoke Park”. For those interested in wellbeing activities, there are special Wild Wellbeing sessions with campfires, nature walks and crafts.
All events are free to attend and provide a fantastic chance for families to enjoy quality time outdoors whilst contributing to the conversation about future spending and priorities for Stoke Park.
