Filton Avenue Nursery School is looking for two new team members to start in January 2026. We’re a vibrant, inclusive setting in north Bristol, and we’re proud to serve our rich and diverse community with high-quality early years education and care.
We’re currently recruiting for an After School Club Playworker and an Early Years Support Worker (SEND), and we’d love to hear from positive, creative and motivated people who enjoy building warm, authentic relationships with children and families.
Our After School Club Playworker will plan and lead our after-school provision for children aged 2–4 alongside another team member, creating a calm, engaging and nurturing environment at the end of their nursery day.
Our Early Years Support Worker (SEND) will work closely with children who have additional needs, offering caring one-to-one support throughout the nursery day. You’ll help children take part in play and learning activities, build confidence and independence, and feel happy and included within our nursery environment.
